FWC Travel LLC is an independent travel agency. We act as an intermediary between travelers and the airlines, hotels, and other suppliers who provide the actual travel products. We are not an airline, we do not operate flights, and we are not affiliated with any airline. The airline or supplier is the principal provider of any travel service booked through us.
Service fees may apply to bookings, changes, and cancellations processed through FWC Travel LLC. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you before any payment is taken. You authorize us to charge your payment method only for amounts you have approved.
All flights are subject to the operating airline's published fare rules, terms and conditions, and conditions of carriage. Change fees, cancellation penalties, refund policies, baggage rules, and other restrictions are set by the airline and apply to your reservation regardless of how it was booked. Please review the airline's terms before completing your purchase.
Prices quoted on this website or by our agents are based on airline-published fares available at the time of inquiry. Fares and availability can change without notice. A price is not guaranteed until the reservation is paid for and ticketed. Promotional or illustrative prices shown on this site are estimates only and are not offers to sell.
Payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Tickets are typically issued through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and electronic ticket numbers are provided to you by email or phone. You are responsible for verifying that all traveler names, dates, and itinerary details are correct before tickets are issued. Some corrections after ticketing may incur airline-imposed fees.
Cancellation and change rules are determined by the operating airline. Where airline rules allow, FWC Travel LLC will process changes or refund requests on your behalf, subject to our service fees and any applicable airline penalties. Refunds, when permitted, are issued to the original payment method and may take up to several billing cycles to appear.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required by the countries you intend to enter or transit. FWC Travel LLC is not responsible for denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FWC Travel LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, the failure of any airline or supplier to perform, flight delays or cancellations, lost baggage, or any other matter outside our reasonable control. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid by you to FWC Travel LLC for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
FWC Travel LLC is registered with the California Seller of Travel Program (Registration #2151090-40). Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. FWC Travel LLC maintains a client trust account in accordance with Section 17550.15 of the California Business and Professions Code; passenger funds are deposited into and withdrawn from the trust account in compliance with California law. FWC Travel LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any airline or trademark holder mentioned on this website. All airline names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
