Online Booking

  • Enter your travel details including departure, destination, dates, trip type, and number of passengers.
  • Browse flight options and choose your preferred class (Economy, Prestige, or First).
  • Provide passenger and contact details.
  • Add optional services such as meal preferences, seat selection, or extra baggage.
  • Proceed with secure payment and receive your e-ticket via email or the app.

Baggage Policy

Cabin Baggage

Economy Class: 1 piece up to 12 kg.
Prestige & First Class: 2 pieces up to a combined 18 kg.
Size must not exceed 40 cm (W) × 20 cm (H) × 55 cm (D). Economy passengers may also carry one personal item (handbag, laptop, or briefcase), provided the total weight does not exceed 12 kg.

Checked Baggage

Standard checked baggage size must not exceed 158 cm (sum of width, height, and depth). Fees apply for overweight or excess baggage. SKYPASS members may enjoy additional allowances.

  • To/From USA: First Class: 3 × 32 kg; Prestige: 2 × 32 kg; Economy: 2 × 23 kg
  • Brazil – Korea/USA: First Class: 3 × 32 kg; Economy: 2 × 32 kg
  • Other International Routes: First Class: 3 × 32 kg; Prestige: 2 × 32 kg; Economy: 1 × 23 kg

Check-In Information

Online Check-In

Available on the Korean Air website and app starting 48 hours before departure.
– Domestic flights: Open 48 hours before, closes 40 minutes before departure.
– International flights: Open 48 hours before, closes 1 hour before departure.
– For flights to/from USA & Canada: Open 24 hours before, closes 1 hour prior.

Airport Check-In

Domestic flights: Counters close 20 minutes before departure. International flights: Generally close 40 minutes before departure (60 minutes for flights from Africa, Middle East, Europe, and North America). Always check specific airport rules as times may vary.
